Wow that’s pretty scary! Seems nobody cares so the consumer has to do extra investigation into the builder. Not that that would always work but I guess the best source is good references.

That process is pretty amazing, not in a good way, and it doesn’t look like licensing requirements are coming any time soon!

There are so many stories of people being scammed having work done after Harvey. So sad!
