From the City of Bellaire:

Trash bags will be delivered on the weekend of May 20 & 21. Bellaire Public Works crews will place them directly on your doorstep. Additional trash bags can be purchased for $5.95 per roll at Bellaire City Hall (7008 South Rice Ave.) in the customer service lobby.
