From the Bellaire Police Department:

On 08/25/2025 at around 4:50 a.m., Officer Aguirre observed a male dressed in all black and wearing gloves with a miter saw in the 5400 block of Maple.

It was discovered that the male had forced entry into a house under construction, causing extensive damage to a door and window frame, and had stolen the saw.

Byron Carter was arrested and charged with burglary of a building.
