UPDATE: BAILEY WAS FOUND!
Bailey was frightened in her front yard on Lafayette St in Bellaire. She took off running in her red harness toward the railroad tracks. She was last seen on Bellaire Blvd. going towards Stella Link near Whole Foods at 8pm on March 18.
