Notice is given that the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, will meet in Regular Session on Monday, November 19, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. Although City Staff has moved into our new City Hall (located directly beside the “old” one), this Regular Session will be held in the “old” City Hall, Council Chamber, First Floor, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
