Pies will be rated on creativity, taste, and presentation. A person can enter as many pies as they want provided they pay for each type of pie entered.
Enjoy the MIMS Chinese New Year Festival while waiting for the contest results. CNY festival will occur at the same time and place as the pie contest. Free admission for the festival.
Rules:
1) Pies must be sweet; no meat products (ie no meat or seafood pies), please!
2) Pies must be a minimum 9-inch pie pan.
3) If using a pre-made crust, must indicate that to the judges.
4) Pies must be ready for display at the appointed time.
5) Contestants are not allowed to tell the judges which pie they made.
6) If not using a disposable pie tin, then contestants are responsible for retrieving and cleaning their pie ware after the contest.
7)Pay for each pie entered by using the registration link above.
This pie contest is a fundraiser for the MIMS PTO. All pie fees will be donated to the PTO.
First and Second place winners in the Adult and Youth Categories will get a trophy! Winners will be announced at the festival!
