Highlights of the August 4 Bellaire City Council Meeting

From the City of Bellaire:

Chief Financial Officer Terrence Beaman presented the FY 2025 Third Quarter Report.

City Attorney Alan Petrov provided an update on the 89^th Texas Legislative Session.

Bellaire City Council approved the following measures:

An ordinance authorizing the approval of Amendment No. 1 to Work Order No. 3 with Ardurra Group Inc. for engineering services related to the Regional Drainage Improvement Program for an additional $82, 963.30.
Amended an ordinance authorizing the purchase of a Fire Department Medic Unit (ambulance) from Sterling McCall Ford.
Called a general election to elect a Mayor and Council Members for Positions 1, 3, and 5 on November 4, 2025.
