The City Council of Bellaire, Texas, will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026 (October 1, 2025–September 30, 2026) on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will take place in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411, to receive both oral and written public comments.
