The City of Bellaire is proud to announce the most recent partnership with PATRONS for Bellaire Parks to enhance recreational opportunities for young children in the community. Together, we have installed a brand-new play structure designed specifically for children aged 2 to 5 at Lafayette Park.

This exciting collaboration reflects a shared commitment to investing in Bellaire’s parks and creating safe, inclusive, and engaging spaces for families. The new play structure features age-appropriate equipment that encourages physical activity, imaginative play, and social interaction for toddlers and preschoolers.
“We are thrilled to work alongside PATRONS for Bellaire Parks to bring this much-needed addition to Lafayette Park,” said Ryan Smith, Director of Parks, Recreation & Facilities, City of Bellaire. “This project is a great example of what we can accomplish when the city and our community partners come together to support our youngest residents.”
PATRONS for Bellaire Parks, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing Bellaire’s parks and green spaces, has long been a valued partner in improving the quality of life for Bellaire residents. Their support and fundraising efforts have made this project possible.
