We Are Evergreen is dedicated to providing a park and pool complex redevelopment that appeals to all ages and abilities, nurturing a healthy lifestyle for daily living while also improving the economic health of our city. WAE was established on September 16, 2024, by the Bellaire City Council as an ad hoc committee with a goal to provide a premier green space & aquatics center through community surveys, fundraising, and site development. WAE is a 501(c)3 and is a partner with HGAC (Houston-Galveston Area Council-Center for Regional Excellence)
