Bellaire Police catch car burglary suspect.

From the Bellaire Police Department:

On 02/18/2026, around 11:30 p.m., officers were notified of a suspect attempting to break into vehicles on streets near Newcastle. Sgt. Garza located a vehicle whose driver matched the reported description, and inside the vehicle officers found stolen property belonging to a resident.

Izaac Garcia was arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle. Great job to C Shift for their quick response and thorough investigation!
