There will be a Public Hearing September 13, 2018 concerning the Chevron property at a 4800 Fournace Place.

1. Docekt # SU-2018-05-Request for a Specific Use Permit to allow for Multi-Tenant Office Use in the existing office buildings previously occupied by Chevron, U.S.A, Inc.

2. Docket # SU-2018-06-Request for a Specific Use Permit to allow for the construction of a parking garage adjacent to the existing office buildings previously occupied by Chevron U.S.A., Inc.

September 13, 2018 at 6:00pm Bellaire City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue

This sounds like the best scenario, to use the existing building. The parking garage wouldn’t be as tall as the building so hopefully would not be a problem.

Agreed but wonder why they need a parking garage when the Chevron workers parked on the surface lots.
