A City Council Meeting Special Session will be held tonight at 6:00 pm in Bellaire City Council Chamber.  Parking for this evening will be available in the new lot south of Bellaire City Hall (7008 South Rice Avenue) and along South Rice Avenue.  Please enter the building on South Rice Avenue or at the main entrance facing the parking lot and Bellaire-Zindler Park.
