From the Bellaire Police Department:

On 06/05/2025, officers were dispatched to a burglary where a suspect had stolen a pressure washer and other items from a shed in the backyard of a residence. Thanks to a neighbor’s security camera, officers were able to obtain a good description of the suspect as he left the area.

Approximately four hours later, the same suspect returned with an accomplice and attempted to burglarize the shed again. This time, an alert neighbor witnessed the crime in progress, scared the suspects away, and followed them until responding units arrived.

Great job to our victim’s neighbors for being observant and providing valuable information! Your actions made a big difference.
