On 01/07/2019 at 1009 hours, Officers with the Bellaire Police Special Response Team executed an arrest warrant on a subject for indecent exposure.  The suspect was located at his house and was placed in custody without incident.  The suspect is reported to have exposed himself in front of joggers in the Bellaire area in the recent weeks while driving a white, four-door vehicle.  If you have been a victim, and have not contacted the police, please report any details you might have. 

   The Bellaire Police Department would like to thank persons that reported the suspect’s activity; this information allowed us to identify and arrest the suspect.
