April 2021

4/1/2021 44xx ACACIA STREET – On 04/01/21 at 1135 hours, Sgt. D. Hollie #201, was dispatched to the Bellaire Police Department lobby to meet with a victim in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival at 1139 hours, Sgt. Hollie spoke with victim who stated an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into his vehicle and removed a Ruger .38 revolver pistol from the vehicle

4/10/2021 – 46xx OLEANDER STREET On 04/10/2021 at 1658 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated between 1200 hours and 1650 hours, an unknown suspect forced entry into his vehicle and stole his wallet containing cash and credit cards. This is an open investigation.

4/12/2021 – 45xx BISSONNET STREET On 04/12/21 at 1021 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Upon the Officer’s arrival he spoke to the complainant who stated an unknown person(s) removed several items from his unlocked work truck without permission.

March 2021

3/12/2021 5430 BISSONNET ST – On March 12, 2021, at 1700 hours, Corporal Baylis was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Cpl. Baylis met with the victim and gathered the information for this report.

3/13/2021 5000 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 03/12/2021 at 1633 hours, Officer Edwards was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle at the above location. Officer Edwards arrived at 1645 hours and met with the victim who stated between 1530 hours and 1620 hours on 03/12/2021, unknown person(s) broke the window on her vehicle. The victim stated the suspect(s) dumped out her bags but did not take anything.

3/17/2021 5910 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On 03-17-21 at 1623 hours, Ofc D Rocha (badge #324) was dispatched to the above location to meet with the victim in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival at 1626 hours, Ofc Rocha spoke with victim who stated she was at the gas pump getting gas when an unknown suspect made entry into her unlocked vehicle and stole her wallet and cell phone.

February 2021

2/8/2021 4545 BISSONNET ST – On 02/08/2021 at 1356 hours, Officer M. Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade made contact with the victim who stated at approximately 1330 hours, he heard his car alarm sounding and discovered the windows of his vehicle broken. Further investigation revealed the victim may have been followed after making a purchase from a jewelry store in Houston.

2/8/2021  54xx BRAEBURN DRIVE – On 02/08/2021 at 1602 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 5400 block of Braeburn Drive in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Liccketto arrived and spoke with both victims who stated while they were cleaning a pool, an unknown suspect forced entry into their work vehicle and took two backpacks containing personal property.

2/10/2021 49xx BRAEBURN -On 02/10/2021 at 1007 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the 4800 block of Welford Street in reference to a suspicious person who opened a work van without the owner’s permission. A few minutes later the same vehicle was spotted by Officer Lysack as the suspect was removing items from another van and placing them in his backseat. A short vehicle chase ensued, and suspect was taken into custody without incident.

2/24/2021 1308 N FIRST STREET – On 02/24/2021 at 1910 hours, Officer Younger and Officer Deliphose were dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief at the above posted location. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the suspect made forced entry by shattering the rear passenger side window and stole a purse with several items of value.

2/26/2021 51xx CHESTNUT STREET On 02/26/2021 at 0608 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated her vehicle was broken into sometime between 02/25/2021 after 2100 hours and 02/26/2021 before 0558 hours and stole a car seat.

2/26/2021 4500 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 02/26/2021 at 1834 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Norman made contact with the victim who advised a laptop bag containing a laptop and personal banking checks were stolen between 1645 and 1835 hours.

2/28/2021 49xx TAMARISK LANE – I, PPO Beltran, and FTO R. Bellard, were dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle on February 28, 2021 at 2039 hours. The victim advised her vehicle was broken into between February 27, 2021, at approximately 1900 hours and February 28, 2021, at approximately 1900 hours. The victim advised a $20 bill was removed from the glovebox by an unknown person. The victim didn’t remain on scene and requested we handle the call via telephone.

2/28/2021 x PEMBROOK CT – On February 28, 2021, at 0432 hours, I, PPO J. Beltran, and FTO R. Bellard, made contact with a homeowner in reference to an attempted auto theft. Officer D. Norman had observed the car alarm of a Ford Raptor to be blinking and observed a separate vehicle immediately flee the area when she arrived. Officer Norman conducted a traffic stop and investigated the occupants of the vehicle. The vehicle contained several auto theft tools. We then made contact with the homeowner and determined forced entry was made into his vehicle and part of the vehicle appeared tampered with.

10/1/2020 – 51xx HUISACHE STREET

10/5/2020 – 43xx IONE STREET On 10/05/2020 at 0917 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival he spoke to the victim who stated between 10/04/2020 at 2000 hours and 10/05/2020 at 0530 hours, an unknown person(s) went into his unlocked vehicle and removed items from the vehicle.

10/8/2020 – 55xx HUISACHE On 10/08/2020, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to 55xx Huisache St. in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that had recently occurred. The victim stated an unknown suspect took his wallet containing a small amount of cash, his TXDL, and a couple of bank cards from his unsecured vehicle while he was working at a house across the street. The victim also stated that one of his bank cards was used shortly after.

10/11/2020 – 100 MULBERRY LANE On 10/11/2020, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to Mulberry Ln. in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that had recently occurred. The victim parked and secured her vehicle on Mulberry Ln. and walked across the street to visit Evelyn’s Park briefly. The victim stated an unknown suspect broke the front passenger window of her vehicle to take her purse containing a wallet with cash, credit cards, and her TXDL.

10/12/2020 – 7112 NEWCASTLE STREET On 10/12/2020 at 1450 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 7100 block of Newcastle Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the park. While the victim was at the park, an unknown suspect broke the passenger side window and took a purse.

8/3/2020 – 49xx HOLLY STREET On 08/03/20 at 1545 hours, Officer D. Bailey was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Bailey arrived at 1553 hours and met with the victim. The victim stated an unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and stole his wallet from the front console. Officer E. Scwausch assisted in this case.

8/5/2020 – WEST LOOP SOUTH On August 5, 2020, at 1459 hours, Officer Baylis met with the Victim at the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle and debit card abuse. The Victim stated an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her vehicle sometime between 0900 and 1100 hours on July 30, 2020 and used her debit card at various stores without her authorization. Officer Baylis gathered the necessary information and completed this report.

8/6/2020 – 5104 BELLAIRE BLVD On 08-06-2020, at 1349 hours, Officer D.Rocha (badge #324) was dispatched to the address of 49xx Laurel Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Ofc Rocha made contact with the reportee / victim who stated he went to the Top Gun shooting range and purchased a handgun. Victim stated he left there and went to the Chase bank at 5104 Bellaire Blvd. Victim stated he was in the bank approximately five minutes and when he came out, he found his vehicle had been broken into and the handgun stolen.

8/11/2020 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD On August 11, 2020, at 1454 hours, Corporal A. Porter was dispatched to a burglary of motor vehicle call at the above location. Upon arrival Cpl. Porter met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke into her vehicle and stole her purse and wallet from the backseat.

8/12/2020 – 5410 WEST LOOP SOUTH On 08/12/20 at approximately 1630 hours, Officers Bailey was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle incident. During the investigation it was determined a second vehicle was also burglarized at the same location.

8/12/2020 – 5410 WEST LOOP SOUTH On 08/12/20 at 1610 hours, Officers Bailey was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle incident. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the victims secured vehicle by breaking his driver side window.

8/17/2020 – 8100 AVE BLVD On 08/17/2020 at 1335 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Norman made contact with the victim who advised she was picking up her yard sign when an unknown male entered her vehicle and stole her purse. Officer A. Lysack assisted with this case.

8/19/2020 – 46xx LAUREL On 08-19-2020, Officer H. Lopez was dispatched to 46xx Laurel Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The witness stated he observed an unknown person enter the victim’s vehicle then jump into a silver car, possibly a Toyota 4 door, and flee the scene heading Westbound on Laurel street. The victim later stated several items were missing from his vehicle.

8/19/2020 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD. On 08/19/20, at 1406 hours, Officer D. Bailey was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Bailey made contact with the Victim who advised unknown person(s) broke a window and rummaged through their vehicle.

8/21/2020 – 51xx CHESTNUT STREET On August 21, 2020, at 1253 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim left her vehicle unsecured and an unknown suspect stole her purse and contents which had been left on the front passenger seat.

8/23/2020 – 55xx GRAND LAKE On 08-23-2020 at 1204 hours, Officer Jenkins was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Jenkins arrived and made contact with the victim. The victim stated he had two sets of golf clubs in the back of his car. The victim stated he did not lock his vehicle and sometime during the night someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole his golf clubs.

8/23/2020 – 51xx HUISACHE STREET On 08/23/2020 at 1728 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle at the above location. Two unknown subjects entered the victims unlocked vehicles and stole multiple items.

8/29/2020 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD On 08/29/2020 at 1124 hrs, Officer Jenkins was dispatched to meet the victim of a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Jenkins arrived and spoke to the victim who stated her purse was stolen and she had money and her bank card in it. Officer Jenkins advised to contact her bank to cancel her bank card. She was on the phone with the bank and was advised it had been used at Walmart. Officer Jenkins made contact with Walmart and recovered surveillance video of the suspect who used the victim’s bank card to buy two TV’s.

8/29/2020 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD On 09/29/2020 at 1124 hrs, Officer Jenkins was dispatched to meet the victim of a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Jenkins arrived and spoke to the victim who stated her medical equipment was stolen from her vehicle.

July 2020

7/03/2020 – 52xx CEDAR STREET On Friday, July 3, 2020, at 1241 hours, Officer Quimby received a phone report in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim advised on 06/30/2020 between 1000 hours and 1400 hours an unknown suspect(s) entered his unsecured pickup at the above location and took his firearm from the center console.

7/06/2020 – 5000 TERMINAL STREET On July 06, 2020, at 1947 hours, Officer Baylis was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Officer Baylis made contact with the Victim who stated an unknown suspect forced entry into his vehicle by smashing the front passenger door window and took an envelope containing cash from inside the center console. The Victim stated he recognized the suspect vehicle from the Bank of America parking lot. Officer Baylis completed the report.

7/08/2020 – 6330 WEST LOOP SOUTH On July 8, 2020 between the hours of 1600 and 1800, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a vehicle parked at the address listed above and stole a handgun and other items. The suspect(s) fled the location in an unknown direction.

7/10/2020 – 8300 AVENUE BLVD On July 10, 2020, between the hours of 1030 and 1200 hours, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a vehicle parked at the address listed above and stole a backpack containing a handgun and other items. The suspect(s) fled the location in an unknown direction.

7/15/2020 – 5406 BELLAIRE BLVD. On 07/15/2020 at 1501 hours, Officer Bailey was dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary of motor vehicle. Officer Bailey arrived at approximately 1518 hours and made contact with the victim. Sometime between the hours of 1440 hours and 1445 hours on 07/15/2020, an unknown suspect(s) followed the victim from Bank of America and broke into the vehicle while it was parked.

7/15/2020 – 8200 FERRIS STREET On 07/15/2020 at 1549 hours, Officer Bailey was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle at the above location. Officer Bailey arrived and made contact with the victims of the incident who stated unknown suspect(s) shattered the driver side window and stole a handgun from his center console and another handgun from the glove compartment.

7/16/2020 – 48xx WELFORD DRIVE On 07/16/2020 at 1649 hours, Officer Bailey was dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary of motor vehicle. Officer Bailey arrived at 1649 hours and made contact with the victim who advised sometime between the hours of 1430 hours and 1630 hours on 07/16/2020, an unknown suspect(s) stole a black Smith &Wesson 9mm handgun from the victim’s unsecured vehicle.

May 2020

5/13/2020 – 46xx BIRCH STREET On 05-13-2020 at 0700 hrs, Officer Jenkins was dispatched to meet the victim of a burglary of a motor vehicle. The vehicle was parked in her driveway at her home and the driver window was broken out. The victim stated the only thing taken might have been loose change.

5/13/2020 – 46xx BIRCH ST On 05/13/20 at 0638 hours, Officer Ortega was in the area of 4600 Birch Street due to several burglaries of a motor vehicle calls. Officer Ortega arrived at the above location and observed the victim’s right rear window to be broken out and the inside of the vehicle to have been rummaged through. The victim had a video recording system which captured the incident.

5/13/2020 – 46xx PINE STREET On 05/13/20 at 0250 hours, Cpl. Porter was dispatched to the above location in-regards to burglary of motor vehicles. The victim had two vehicles broken into. The unknown suspects broke out the right passenger window, entered the vehicle without the owner’s consent, and did not take any items out of one vehicle, and $15 was taken out the other.

5/13/2020 – 44xx OLEANDER On 05/13/2020 at 0247 hours, Officer Barrientos was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Ofc. Barrientos observed the two vehicles belonging to the victims, with their driver side window shattered and broken glass on the road. One of the victims stated she observed two male subjects wearing dark colored hoodie’s and sweatpants running eastbound to Baldwin Avenue. The victims also observed a light colored vehicle (unknown make or model) driving in the area.

5/13/2020 – 44xx OLEANDER STREET On 05/13/20 at 0223 hours, Officer Barrientos was dispatched to 44xx Oleander Street in regards to a burglary of a motor vehicle in progress. Officer Guerra arrived on location and observed a vehicle with the front driver side window shattered by an unknown suspect and unknown tool in front of 44xx Oleander Street. After further investigation, the vehicle was rummaged through, but nothing was stolen.

5/13/2020 – 44xx LAFAYETTE STREET On 05/13/2020 at 0452 hours, Officer Barrientos was responding to possible suspects in the immediate area who were breaking into multiple vehicles. Ofc. Barrientos arrived in the intersection of Lafayette and Baldwin Avenue and observed two black males in the area of an opened white van which belonged to the resident in the above address. One of the males was inside the van and the other male was walking away from the van. Ofc. Barrientos was able to detain one suspect. The other suspect successfully evaded from Ofc. Barrientos and other responding officers.

5/13/2020 – 46xx PINE STREET Unknown person(s) forced entry into a vehicle by breaking a window.

5/14/2020 – 6565 WEST LOOP SOUTH On 05/14/2020 at 1313 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above address in reference to a burglary of a building call. Upon the Officer’s arrival he spoke to the complainant who advised the officer that sometime over the weekend an unknown person(s) forced their way into their office and removed two tablets from their office without their permission

5/16/2020 –  49xx TAMARISK LANE On 05/16/2020 at 1249 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon the Officer’s arrival he spoke to the victim who stated on 05/16/2020 between 0930 and 1230 hours, unknown person(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and removed a wallet.

5/22/2020 – 51xx GRAND LAKE STREET On 05/22/2020 at 1351 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 5100 block of Grand Lake Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. 5/29/2020 – 5106 BISSONNET STREET On 05/29/20 at 1221 hours, Officer Ortega was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Ortega made contact with the victim who advised an unknown suspect broke the rear driver side window and stole cash.

5/29/2020 – 47xx HOLLY STREET On 05/29/2020 at 1159 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of building call. Upon the officer’s arrival he spoke to the complainant who stated between 2000 hours on 05/28/2020 and 0800 hours on 05/29/2020 an unknown person(s) removed a gas range from a home that was under construction.

5/30/2020 – 4xx JANE STREET On May 30, 2020 at approximately 1000 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Lysack arrived on scene and met with the reportee who stated he inadvertently left his vehicle unlocked with his work laptop on the front passenger floorboard overnight and it was stolen. 4/13/2020 On 04/13/2020 43xx HOLT ST On 04/13/2020 at 0622 hours, Officer D Rocha (badge #324) was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle at the above location. Upon arrival, Ofc Rocha made contact with the owner of the vehicle(s). Victim stated between the hours of 2130 on 04/12/2020 and 0600 hours on 04/13/2020 unknown suspect(s) made entry into both her and her husband’s unlocked vehicles.

4/14/2020 4950 LEHIGH STREET On April 14, 2020, at 0647 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Lysack arrived on scene and discovered four trailers had been broken into and landscaping equipment had been stolen.

4/14/2020 5107 BELLAIRE BLVD On April 14, 2020, at 2016 hours, Officer Baylis was dispatched to the above location inreference to a burglary-motor vehicle call. The owner of the vehicle stated that between 1600 hours and 2000 hours, an unknown suspect, or suspects, smashed his passenger side front window out and took his wallet from inside his glove box. Upon arrival in the area a suspect was detained. During the course of the investigation it was determined the defendant had rummaged through at least two vehicles and possibly stole loose change. The defendant was subsequently arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle. Sergeant Hollie and Officer Younger assisted in this case.

1/4/2020 – 46xx OLEANDER STREET On 01/04/2020 at 1412 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade made contact with the victim who stated on 01/04/2020 between 1215 hours and 1409 hours, an unknown suspect broke the front right window of his vehicle and stole cash from the center console after leaving Bank of America.

Barrientos made contact with the reportee/victim who stated unknown suspect(s) forced entry to the rear of the residence and took items.

1/15/2020 – 8xx CAROL STREET On this date at 1450 hrs. I, Sgt D Kerr, was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The suspect vehicle was a gray SUV occupied by at least 1 black male. Upon arrival I spoke with the victim who stated someone had broken the front left door window to his truck and entered it. A baggie containing marijuana was located where the suspect had parked his vehicle. The victim stated nothing was missing.

1/17/2020 – 5801 BISSONNET STREET On 01/17/2020 at 1533 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated she parked and secured her vehicle and entered the business. An unknown suspect forced entry into her vehicle and stole items. Officer Trujillo assisted in this case.

1/17/2020 – xx PIN OAK ESTATES CT On 01/17/20 at 2332 hours, Officer Ortega was dispatched to an in-progress burglary of a motor vehicle at xx Pin Oak Estates Ct. A male wearing an orange shirt entered the victim’s vehicle and stole a backpack from the vehicle. The suspect fled from officers and was eventually placed into custody for evading arrest on foot and burglary of a motor vehicle. West University PD Sgt. Millard assisted in this case.

1/18/2020 – xx PROSPECT PLACE On January 18, 2020 at approximately 1010 hours, the victim left Chase Bank at 5104 Bellaire Boulevard and drove to the above location. The victim left her vehicle unsecured in the driveway while she walked across the street to meet with other neighbors. At approximately 1020 hours, an unknown suspect in a gold Buick sedan parked in the street at the end of the driveway. A suspect exited the front passenger seat of the Buick and stole a purse and diaper bag from the front seat of the victim’s vehicle. The suspect’s vehicle then left in an unknown direction.

11/3/2019 – 5106 BISSONNET – On 11/03/19 at 1911 hours, Officer Carson was dispatched to the above location in reference to a robbery. Officer Carson arrived and met with the victim upstairs with the store manager. A passenger (suspect #1) tried to snatch the victim’s purse off her shoulder but was unsuccessful. After review of the security video, the driver (suspect #2) had made entry into the victim’s SUV just before the victim arrived back. The case will be filed as a robbery and a burglary of a motor vehicle. Cpl. Porter will be the reporting officer.

11/9/2019 – 44xx EFFIE STREET On 11/09/2019 at 1427hours, Officer Bailey was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim stated between the approximate hours of 1130 and 1420hours, an unknown suspect(s) entered the driver side of the victim’s unlocked truck, rummaged through the center console, and stole a wallet containing the victim’s identifying information.

11/12/2019 – 5007 BISSONNET Street – On Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 1134 hours, Officer Quimby was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Quimby arrived at approximately 1135 hours and met with the victim who stated she parked her vehicle then went into the above location for approximately 10 minutes. When she went back to her vehicle, she found her front passenger window broken out and her purse stolen.

11/13/2019 – 8200 BALDWIN On 11-13-2019 at 1220 hours, Officer H. Lopez was dispatched to the Public Works parking lot in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. The victim stated an unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle and removed her gym bag from the front seat of the vehicle. The bag contained a credit card and it was later used at several businesses in the City of Houston.

11/16/2019 54xx PINE STREET On 11/16/2019 at 1319 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 5400 block of Pine Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. While the victim was working in the driveway, an unknown suspect opened one of the unlocked doors and took two wallets.

11/19/2019 4600 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD On 11-19-2019 at 0955 hours, Officer H. Lopez was dispatched to 4600 Bellaire in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. The driver stated an unknown person entered his company truck and stole a cell phone which was left inside on a car charger.

11/24/2019 4337 LAFAYETTE On 11-24-2019 at 1232 hrs, Officer Jenkins was dispatched to meet the victim of a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim stated they were away from the vehicle for about 20 minutes. When they returned to the vehicle, the driver’s window was broken out and a kid’s backpack/ diaper bag was stolen from the car. The victim had their wallets in the backpack along with ids and credit cards. They advised they did not hear the car alarm go off.

11/28/2019 8xx ANDERSON On 11/27/19 at 2305 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above address in reference to a person wearing all dark clothing breaking into unlocked vehicles on the block. The suspect was observed by the reportee from her residence window to leave the area on foot traveling northbound. Cpl. Porter located the suspect matching the description in the 4800 block of Wedgewood. Upon further investigation, the suspect was placed in-custody for burglary of motor vehicle. Cpl. Porter will be the reporting officer in the case.

10/21/2019 – 43xx BETTY ST. On October 21, 2019 at approximately 1445 hours, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry to the rear left window of a vehicle parked at the location listed above and removed a black gym bag prior to fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. The victim heard his car alarm go off and stepped outside the house and saw his window broken. At approximately 1543 hours Officer Trujillo responded to a found property call in the 4900 block of Bellview Dr., where the package in question was the victim’s gym bag. No suspects have been identified at this time and the victim’s property was returned.

10/26/2019 – 54xx PINE STREET – On Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 1006 hours, Officers were dispatched to 53xx Pine Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Quimby arrived at 1011 hours and began to check the area for other victims. Officer Quimby located a vehicle with damage at the above location. The victim stated this occurred between 0915 hours and the time Bellaire Police Department was called. The unknown suspect(s) pried off both the front passenger and back passenger door handles, but entry was not made in the vehicle.

The victim stated on 09/25/2019 at approximately 2030 hours, an unknown subject(s) made entry into his vehicle and took his wallet. The suspect(s) attempted to make purchases using the victim’s credit card and debit card.

9/27/2019 – 5420 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On 9/27/2019 at 1721 hours, Officer Bailey was dispatched to 5420 West Loop South in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Further investigation found the vehicle was burglarized on 09/27/19 between the hours of 0800 and 1700 hours by unknown suspect(s).

9/25/2019 – 47xx WELFORD DRIVE – On 07-04-2019 at 1113 hours, Officer O’Sullivan was dispatched 47xx Welford Drive in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Unknown suspects entered an unlocked 4 door passenger car parked at the location and removed several items between 09-25-2019 at 1630 hours, and 09-26-2019 at 0730 hours. The investigation is ongoing.

8/01/19 – 8xx JAQUET STREET –  On 08-01-2019 at 0834 hrs, Officer Jenkins was flagged down by the resident and advised that sometime during the night his unlocked vehicle was burglarized.

Officer Bailey met with the victim who advised an unknown suspect(s) used some type of device to unlock the doors entered his secured vehicle and stole several items without owners’ consent.

Officer Norman made contact with the victim who advised a black male, wearing all black, entered her unlocked vehicle on the passenger side and stole her purse from the front passenger seat.

8/10/19 – 6000 WEST LP S  – On 08/10/2019 at 0735 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 6000 block of the West Loop in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. The victim ran out of gas on the highway and walked to a gas station to fill up his gas can. During the time he was gone, an unknown suspect parked their vehicle behind his and took a sprayer from his bed of his truck. The victim was able to take pictures of the suspect as they were driving away.

8/12/19 – 49xx PALMETTO – DESTRUCTIVE/DAMAGE/VANDALISM OF PROPERTY – On August 12, 2019 at 2045 hours, Officer Bailey was dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect used an unknown type of tool to smash the right front passenger window of the victim’s SUV.

8/20/19 – 43xx VALERIE ST – On August 20, 2019 at 0915 hours, Officer Baylis was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival at 0922 hours, Officer Baylis met with the Victim. The Victim stated sometime between 2130 hours and 0700 hours, an unknown suspect opened the unlocked driver side door and removed items.

8/21/19 – 6750 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On August 21, 2019 at 1026 hours, Officer Baylis was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Nothing was taken from the vehicle, but the driver’s door handle was damaged.

8/24/19 – 52xx PALMETTO STREET – On August 24, 2019 at 0727 hours, Officer Baylis was dispatched to the above location inreference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival at 0730 hours, Officer Baylis met with the Victim. The Victim stated, based on video surveillance footage, at approximately 0233 hours an unknown suspect punched the driver door lock and gained entry to his vehicle.

8/23/19 – 6406 AVENUE B – On 08/23/2019 at 2332 hours, Officer Younger was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect shattered the victim’s driver side rear passenger window of her vehicle.

8/28/19 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD. – On August 27, 2019 between the hours of 1815 and 1945 hours, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the victim’s vehicle by breaking a window and removed a purse. The victim’s vehicle was parked in the parking lot at the location listed above.

7/05/19 – 5106 BISSONNET STREET – On 07/05/2019 at 1522 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Norman made contact with the victim who advised an unknown suspect(s) broke the driver’s side window and stole cash from the front passenger seat after she left the bank.

7/08/19 – 5400 BISSONNET STREET – On July 8, 2019 at 1204 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the victim’s residence in reference to a burglary of a motor. An unknown suspect likely followed the victim from a bank to the location, broke the front passenger window, and grabbed a bank envelope which was sitting on the front passenger seat.

7/09/19 – 5225 BELLAIRE BLVD – On Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 1201 hours, Officer Tim Quimby was dispatched to the above location, in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Quimby arrived at approximately 1205 hours and met with the victim. The victim stated unknown suspect(s) burglarized his vehicle between 1155 hours and 1156 hours after he left Bank of America.

7/09/19 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD – On July 9, 2019 at 2005 hours, Officer Carson was dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary of motor vehicle. Officer Carson met the victim who advised her vehicle was broken into and her purse was stolen from inside.

7/11/19 – 5216 BELLAIRE BLVD – On July 11, 2019 at 1340 hours, Officers Baylis and Trujillo were dispatched to the above location in reference to a theft call. The Victim stated she left the bank and drove to the above location where an unknown black male suspect opened the unlocked passenger door and stole her purse. The suspect then got into a silver/beige SUV and departed north bound through the parking lot.

7/12/19 – 5133 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 07/12/2019 at or about 1330 hours, Detective Delgado was conducting surveillance at Bank of America due to a receiving a large number of burglary of motor vehicle reports, stemming from bank juggings. Detective Delgado observed a gray Volkswagen sedan following a silver sports utility vehicle, out of the Bank of America Parking Lot and into the Home Depot Parking Lot. The suspects within the gray VW were observed, breaking into the silver SUV, and attempting to flee the location. Suspects were apprehended and charges were filed.

7/14/19 – 11xx MULBERRY LANE –  On July 14, 2019 at 1134 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to the burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect entered the unsecured vehicle sometime between approximately 1730 and 1800 hours on July 13, 2019 and removed items.

7/15/19 – 6500 WEST SERVICE ROAD – On July 15, 2019 at approximately 1541 hours, Officer M. Santillanes observed a green Ford Taurus operating in the 6300 block of the IH 610 West Service Road (WSR), with an expired registration of 04/2019 and no insurance per computer query. After further investigation the driver of the vehicle was arrested for burglary of motor vehicle and the passenger of the vehicle was arrested for theft and fail to id. Officer Santillanes completed a report detailing the incident.

7/16/19 – 8xx CAROL DRIVE – On Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 1055 hours, Officer Tim Quimby was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle which occurred on 07/13/2019 at approximately 1400 hours. Officer Quimby arrived at 1102 hours and met with the victim, who stated an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle and removed his wallet containing cash.

7/17/19 – 9xx LENNETTE CT – On Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 0755 hours, Officer Tim Quimby was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Quimby arrived at 0800 hours and met with the victim. The victim stated he parked his unsecured vehicle in his driveway at approximately 1700 hours on 07/16/2019 and when he went to get into the vehicle at approximately 0745 hours on 07/17/2019, he found it rummaged through and his wallet was stolen.

7/18/19 – 51xx BRAEBURN DRIVE – On July 18, 2019 at 1409 hours, Officers were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Officers made contact with the Reportee who stated a red truck with two Hispanic males took lawn equipment out of the bed of their pickup truck. Officer Trujillo and Officer Baylis completed the report.

7/19/19 – 4600 BELLAIRE BLVD. – On July 19,2019 at approximately 1700 hours, an unknown suspect(s) entered the unsecured vehicle at the above location and stole a purse.

7/23/19 – 70xx FERRIS STREET – On Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 0615 hours, Officer Tim Quimby was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Quimby arrived at 0625 hours and met with the victim who stated unknown suspect(s) entered her unsecured vehicle and stole her wallet. This occurred sometime between 07/22/2019 at approximately 2030 hours and 07/23/2019 at approximately 0600 hours.

7/26/19 – 45xx MIMOSA STREET – On 07/26/19 at 0306 hours, Officer Ortega was dispatched to the above location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. Upon arrival, Officer Ortega observed broken glass on the road next to the victim’s vehicle. Unknown suspect(s) broken out the victim’s vehicle window and entered the secured vehicle and removed an item.

7/26/19 – 45xx MIMOSA STREET – Service Honor Courage On 07/26/19 at 0306 hours, Officer Ortega was dispatched to 45xx Mimosa Street in reference to a suspicious circumstance. Upon arrival, Officer Ortega observed broken glass on the driveway next to the victim’s vehicle. Unknown suspect(s) broken out the victim’s vehicle window and entered the vehicle, but did not remove any items.

June 2019

6/2/2019 – 49xx FERN STREET – On 06/02/19 at 2301 hours, Officer Ortega was dispatched to a suspicious person call in the area of 7000 First Street. Officers located the suspects matching the descriptions given in the area of 500 College Street. After further investigation suspects were found to be in possession of items which they took from an unsecured vehicle parked at the above location. The suspects were placed into custody for possession of identifying information and burglary of motor vehicle. Officer Norman and Barrientos assisted in this case.

5/3/2019 – 49xx WEDGEWOOD DRIVE – On Friday May 3, 2019 at 0629 hours, Officers Quimby and Bailey responded to a burglary of a vehicle call. Officers arrived on location at 0640 hours and met with the victim who stated unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle parked in front of the above location and rummaged through the vehicle taking coins from the console of the vehicle.

5/5/2019 – 49xx BEECH – On 05/05/2019 at 0624 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 4900 block of Beech Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. During the night, an unknown suspect opened one of the unlocked doors and took the reportee’s wallet.

5/7/2019 – 5130 BELLAIRE BLVD – On May 7, 2019 at approximately 1603 hours, an unknown suspect forced entry into and burglarized a vehicle parked in the area listed above. The unknown suspect removed prescription medications from the passenger side of the vehicle containing the victim’s medications. The suspect was seen on a surveillance recording leaving the scene driving a gray Ford sedan. Officer Clisham arrived on location after dispatch and made contact with the victim.

5/8/2019 – 54xx HOLLY ST. – On 05-08-2019 at 1030 hrs, Officer Jenkins and Officer Lysack were dispatched to 54xx Holly St. to meet the victim of a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Jenkins and Officer Lysack arrived and met with the victim who stated he parked his vehicle at that location at 0845 hrs and at 1020 hrs he returned to his vehicle and someone had stolen a gun and wallet from his vehicle. He contacted his credit card providers and banks and closed the accounts before phoning police.

5/14/2019 – 5020 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 05/14/2019 at 1957 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to an in-progress theft at the above location. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated a male suspect stole her wallet containing credit cards out of her vehicle as she was putting air in her tires. After further investigation, it was determined to be a burglary of a motor vehicle. Corporal Clawson assisted in this case.

5/15/2019 – 5208 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On 05/15/2019 at 1606 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated cash was stolen from the center console of his unsecured vehicle. After further investigation, it was determined the victim was followed by the suspect from Bank of America located at 5133 Bellaire Boulevard.

5/15/2019 – 1xx BEVERLY LANE – On May 15, 21019 at 1211 hours, Officers Quimby and Bailey were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Officers Quimby and Bailey arrived on location at approximately 1216 hours and met with the victim. The victim’s vehicle was burglarized by unknown suspects on May 15, 2019 at approximately 0430 hours.

5/15/2019 – 44xx LULA ST. – On 05/15/2019, Officer Jenkins was approached by the resident at 44xx Lula Street to report a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim stated between 10:00 PM last night and 7:00AM this morning someone entered his unlocked vehicle and took his wallet and a small green pocket knife.

5/15/2019 – 4439 BISSONNET STREET – On 05-15-2019 at 0818 hours, Officer D.Rocha (badge #324) was dispatched to above location to meet with reportee / victim in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Ofc Rocha made contact with the victim / owner of the vehicle. Victim stated on 05-15- 2019 at approximately 0800 hours she was at the Valero Circle K. victim stated she was at the gas pump # 3 at this location. Victim stated as she was putting gas in her vehicle, unknown suspect entered her vehicle from the unlocked front passenger’s door and stole her purse.

5/16/2019 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 05/16-2019 at 1105 hrs, Officer Jenkins was dispatched to 4400 Bellaire Blvd concerning a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Jenkins arrived and made contact with the victim. The victim stated she parked her vehicle on the Mulberry Street side of the park and went to the park. When she returned to her vehicle she found the back passenger window broken out and her property stolen from the vehicle.

5/18/2019 – 5020 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 05/18/2019 at 1549 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to 5020 Bellaire Blvd in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Norman made contact with the reportee who advised an unknown subject(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a black tote from her front passenger seat.

5/19/2019 – 5000 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On 05/19/2019 at 1629 hours, Officer Younger made contact with the victim at the above location regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle report. The victim advised an unknown suspect entered her unsecured vehicle while she was talking to a coworker about purchasing a bicycle and stole items from the vehicle.

5/23/2019 – 5910 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On 05/23/2019 at 1738 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect stole her purse out of her unsecured vehicle as she pumped gas.

5/25/2019 – 5405 BELLAIRE BLVD. – On 05/25/2019 at 1426 hours, Officer Guerra was dispatched to the above location. On 05/25/2019 at approximately 1420 hours, unknown suspects broke the front driver side window with an unknown object. The unknown suspect reached in through the broken window and pulled the trunk release lever located in the front driver side door. The other suspect waited in the rear of the vehicle. The unknown suspects stole two AR 15 rifles that were located inside the trunk.

5/28/2019 – 50xx TAMARISK – On 05/28/2019 at 1330 hrs, the victim came to the Bellaire Police Department to report a burglary of his motor vehicle. The victim stated his gun was stolen from his unlocked vehicle.

5/31/2019 – 6565 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On May 31, 2019 at 1136 hours, Officers Quimby and Baylis were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival at approximately 1143 hours, Officers determined the incident occurred between 0800 and 0947 hours. The vehicle’s front passenger window was broken, both front door key holes were damaged, and the glove box was open, however nothing was taken.

April 2019

4/07/2019 – 52xx ASPEN STREET – On 04/07/2019 at 0807 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 5200 block of Aspen Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of the residence. During the night, an unknown suspect opened the passenger side door and took items.

4/07/2019 – 4700 BELLAIRE – On 4/7/19, Officer Marcotte was dispatched to a single motor vehicle accident at the location. The caller indicated she had observed a male running away from the crash scene. Officer Marcotte determined the crashed vehicle had been stolen from a nearby Houston dealership and the suspect was apprehended less than a mile away from the scene. It was discovered the suspect had just ran away from the Chimney Rock juvenile center and according to the dealership surveillance video, he and another suspect had stolen 2 vehicles. The second suspect was apprehended while driving the second vehicle at a nearby fast food restaurant. During the investigation, it was also revealed the first suspect had entered an unlocked vehicle on S Third St looking for valuables. Both suspects were charged with theft of a motor vehicle and the first suspect was additionally charged with burglary of a motor vehicle.

4/7/2019 – 52xx ASPEN STREET – On 04/07/2019 at 0807 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 5200 block of Aspen Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of the residence. During the night, an unknown suspect opened the passenger side door and took a handgun. On 04/19/2019 the weapon was recovered by HPD and a suspect arrested.

4/12/2019 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD. – On April 12, 2019 between the hours of 1645 and 1800, an unknown suspect(s) broke the passenger window of vehicle parked at the location listed above and removed a purse and wallet that was left in on the front seat passenger side floor board. Officer Clisham was dispatched to the above location after a passerby observed the broken window and contacted the Bellaire Police Department via telephone.

4/12/2019 – 4400 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 04/11/2019 at 1800 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon the Officer’s arrival he spoke to the victim who stated that between 1710 and 1800 hours an unknown person broke out the front passenger window and removed an item from the front passenger seat.

4/17/2019 –  49xx HOLLY STREET – On 04/17/2019 at 1622 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated on 04/17/2019 between 1545 hours and 1619 hours, two unknown suspects entered his unsecured vehicle and stole lawn equipment and his wallet. A nearby witness observed the two suspects leave the area in a silver four door Nissan Altima.

4/22/2019 – 44xx BELLAIRE – On 4/22/19, Officer Marcotte was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The complainant’ s window had been broken while she was in church and some money had been stolen.

4/27/2019 – 5xx CHELSEA On 04/27/2019 at 1506 hours, Officer D. Norman was dispatched to 5xx Chelsea Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Norman made contact with the reportee who advised an unknown subject(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and stole multiple items.

4/30/2019 – 1xx BEVERLY LANE – On Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 0756 hours, Officer Quimby was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Quimby arrived at approximately 0801 hours. Unknown suspect(s) broke out the driver door window between 04/29/2019 at approximately 1915 hours and 04/30/2019 at approximately 0730 hours, and removed a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 40 caliber handgun with magazine.

3/26/2019 – 54xx VALERIE STREET – On Tuesday March 26, 2019 at 0806 hours, Officers Quimby and Bailey were dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle at the above location. The victim stated an unknown suspect broke out his driver side window and rummaged through his vehicle. This occurred between 03/25/2019 at 1930 hours and 03/26/2019 at 0800 hours.

3/31/2019 – 5910 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On 03/30/2019 at 1745 hours, Officer D. Norman made contact with the reportee who advised an unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and stole her purse.

3/30/2019 – 1xx PHANTURN LANE – On 03/30/2019 at 1921 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade made contact with the victim who stated she parked her vehicle in the driveway on 03/29/2019 and between the hours of 1702 and 1716, an unknown suspect broke out the vehicle window and stole her purse.

2/6/2019 – 4601 GLENMONT DR – On 02/06/2019 at 2112 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon the Officer’s arrival Officer Trujillo spoke with the victim who stated an unknown person(s) broke into their vehicle and removed a purse.

2/8/2019 – 4601 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 02/08/19 at 2136 hours, Officer Norman was dispatched to Bellaire Police station to meet with a victim regarding burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Norman arrived on scene at 2142 hrs. The victim advised Officer Norman unknown suspect(s) broke a front driver’s window and entered the victim’s vehicle without consent or permission and stole items from his vehicle. Officer Bellard and Officer Bailey will be the reporting officers in this case.

2/12/2019 –  1x TOWN HOUSE CT – On 02-12-2019 at 0740 hrs, Officer Jenkins was notified of a burglary to motor vehicles at 1x Town House Court. The victim stated she parked her vehicle in her driveway last night on 02/11/2019 and when she came out this morning of 02/12/2019 she found the back passenger window broken out.

January 2019

1/16/2019 – 6xx SPRUCE STREET – On 01/16/19 at approximately 0524 hours, Corporal A. Porter observed a vehicle parked in front of the residence noted above with a driver side rear window broken out. Upon further investigation it was determined between 1900 hours on 01/15/19 and 0524 hours on 01/16/19 an unknown suspect(s) broke out the driver side rear window and stole a briefcase. Corporal Clawson assisted in this case and took the information for a report.

1/17/2019 – 5305 BISSONNET STREET – On 01/17/2019 at 1703 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the lobby of the Bellaire Police Department in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left her vehicle while at work. At the end of her shift she discovered her vehicle with a broken driver side rear window.

1/26/2019 – 5133 BELLAIE BLVD – On Saturday January 26, 2019 at about 1221 hours, Officer Barber responded to the above address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unsecured driver door was opened and items taken.

1/01/2018 – 6500 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On 01/01/2018 at 1003 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to the above address to meet with the victim in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Upon arrival Officer Schwausch spoke with victim who stated he found his vehicle with a broken window after leaving it parked over the weekend in the parking garage of the above mentioned location. The victim stated he does not think anything was stolen at this time.

1/04/2018 – 5859 BISSONNET ST – On 01/04/2018 at 1501 hours, Officer Delgado was dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary of motor vehicle. Officer Delgado made contact with the reportee who stated an unknown suspect(s) broke out the front driver side window of her vehicle but did not remove any valuable property. Through investigation, Officer Delgado determined this incident to be criminal mischief.

1/8/2018 – 1x TOWN OAKS PL – On 01/08/2018 at 1012 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above location. Between 01/07/2018 at approximately 1800 hours and 01/08/2018 at approximately 0800 hours, an unknown suspect(s) made entry into the victim’s unsecured car. Victim advised Officer Vorhees the unknown suspect(s) stole an Iphone 6 Plus from the center console of his vehicle.

1/11/2018 – 46xx LAUREL STREET – On 01/11/2018 at 1206 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to the Bellaire Police Department lobby in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that occurred on 01/08/2018. The vehicle was left unsecured in the driveway and an Amazon Fire Tablet valued at $80 was taken from the center console of the vehicle by an unknown suspect. This was captured on the security camera system installed at 46xx Laurel Street.

1/12/2018 – 6575 WEST LOOP NORTH – On 01/12/2018 at 1758 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to 6575 West Loop North in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left his vehicle locked and secured when he went to work. The victim found his vehicle with the driver side rear window broken. The unknown suspect took various items belonging to the victim.

1/19/2018 – 5000 CEDAR STREET – On 01/19/2018 at 1539 hours, Officer Younger made contact with the victim who advised an unknown suspect forced entry into his vehicle and stole a work bag.

1/20/2018 – 5910 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On 01/20/2018 at 1306 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to 5910 West Loop South in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Schwausch made contact with the victim who stated her purse was taken out of her vehicle while she was pumping gas. The purse contained a red wallet with 2 VISA cards and approximately $40. The suspect was seen leaving the scene south bound on the IH 610 West Service road in a black Toyota 4runner, 2014 or newer with a temporary license plate. The suspect is described as a tall black male.

1/24/2018 – 44xx VERONE  – On 01/24/2018 at 0107 hours, Officer Barrientos responded to a burglary of a motor vehicle which just occurred at the above address. The vehicle in which the suspect was driving was a silver pickup truck. Ofc. Barrientos observed a vehicle in the 4500 block of Bellaire Blvd matching the description and initiated a traffic stop. Upon further investigation, the driver was found with items belonging to the victim inside the pickup truck. Ofc. Barrientos placed the driver in custody and he was charged with multiple counts of burglary of a motor vehicle.

1/24/2018 – 3xx MILDRED STREET – On 01/24/2018 at 0107 hours, Officer Salinas was dispatched to 44xx Verone St in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that had just occurred. The suspect was located and placed in custody by Bellaire Police Officers a few minutes later. On 01/24/2018 at approximately 0309 hours, Officer Salinas located a black Ford Expedition parked in front of 43xx Mildred St that had been burglarized. The stolen items from the Ford Expedition were recovered inside the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was charged with an additional charge of burglary of a motor vehicle for this case.

1/24/2018 – 56xx SAINT PAUL ST – On 01/24/2018 at 0832 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above address to meet with the reportee in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The reportee stated an unknown suspect’(s) broke the passenger side window of her vehicle and stole her purse from the front passenger side floor board.

1/24/2018 – 43xx MILDRED STREET – On 01/24/2018 at 0810 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to Bellaire Police Department Lobby in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated between 01/23/2018 at approximately 1830 hours and 01/24/2018 at 0730 hours, an unknown suspect entered her unlocked vehicle and stole several items. After further investigation, the suspect was identified and charged with class b misdemeanor burglary of a motor vehicle. All of the victim’s stolen items were recovered.

1/26/2018 – 5104 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 01/26/2018 at 1327 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a theft. Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke the front right passenger side window and stole cash from his interior door pocket of his parked vehicle.

1/30/2018 – 48xx PALM ST – On 01/30/2018 at 0744 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above address in regards to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle (BMV). Officer Vorhees met with the victim who stated unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and stole items.

2/9/2018 – 5020 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 02/09/2018 at 1343 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Vorhees spoke with victim who stated she had her purse stolen while fueling her vehicle.

2/11/2018 – 53xx HOLLY STREET – On 02/11/18 at 1540 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to 53xx Holly Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that occurred between 02/10/2018 at 2300 hours and 02/11/2018 at 1000 hours. The vehicle was left unsecured in the driveway and a wallet containing multiple credit cards and a Texas Driver License were taken from the vehicle.

2/11/2018 – 54xx HOLLY – On February 11, 2018 at about 0932 hours (hrs), Officer C. Barber, a duly sworn Peace Officer with the Bellaire Police Department, was dispatched to the residence at 54xx Holly St regarding a theft of a motor vehicle and the burglary of two motor vehicles. The suspects rummaged through two unsecured vehicles and discovered the key fob for the stolen vehicle inside one of burglarized cars and used it to steal the third vehicle.

2/21/2018 – 4620 BELLAIRE BLVD -On February 21st 2018, I, Corporal D. Clawson of the Bellaire Police Department responded to the location noted above to take information on a burglary of a motor vehicle report. Between the approximate times of 2200 hours on 02/20/18 and 0626 hours on 02/21/18 an unknown suspect(s) broke the driver side rear window and stole the complainant’s handbag containing miscellaneous nursing student supplies.

2/25/2018 – 49xx WELFORD On February 25, 2018 at 1000 hours, Officer Carson was dispatched to the Bellaire Fire Department lobby to meet with a victim of a burglary of motor vehicle. The victim advised unknown person(s) entered his vehicle and stole a pistol from inside his center console.

3/2/2018 – 45xx BRAEBURN DRIVE – On 03/02/2018 at 1639 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the 4500 block of Braeburn in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Liccketto met with the reportee who stated he had cash in his vehicle and left it unoccupied briefly. When he returned he noticed the door slightly ajar and the money was stolen.

3/5/2018 – 6330 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On 03/05/2018 at 1713 hours, Officer Delgado was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim advised she had placed her items in the back seat, sat down in the driver seat, when an unknown subject made entry through her unsecured rear passenger door and stole her purse. The suspect’s vehicle fled the area and was last seen southbound in the 6700 block of IH 610 West Service Road.

3/6/2018 – 5427 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 03/06/18 at 2109 hours, Sgt. Hefferin was dispatched to 5427 Bellaire Blvd. also known as the Triangle Business Shopping Center, in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival at 2118 hours, Sgt. Hefferin met with the reportee who stated between 03/06/18 1950 hours and 2105 hours, unknown suspect(s) used an unknown type object to break her front passenger window and removed her property without her knowledge or consent.

3/6/2018 – 5427 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On 03/06/18 at 2109 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to 5427 Bellaire Blvd. in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival at 2118 hours, Officer Lysack met with the reportee who stated between 03/06/18 1950 hours and 2105 hours, unknown suspect(s) used an unknown type object to break her vehicle’s rear passenger window and removed her property without her knowledge or consent.

3/9/2018 – 51xx CHESTNUT ST – On this date at about 0800 hrs, Sgt. D Kerr received a laptop computer from Officer Bellard. This laptop was found in the backpack belonging to a suspect night shift had arrested for evading police. The laptop had an inventory tag attached to it from the Houston Independent School District. Sgt Kerr took this laptop to Bellaire High School and spoke with the HISD campus police officers there. The property tag was checked and it belonged to a student at that school. Sgt Kerr took the student information and went the above address and spoke with the student and her mother. At that time, it was determined the backpack containing the laptop had been stolen from their vehicle during the night.

3/11/2018 – 45xx SUNBURST – On 03/11/2018 at 0345 hours, Officers Proctor, Clisham, and Bellard were dispatched to a BMV in progress in the 4500 block of Sunburst. Officers arrived and made contact with the reportee who stated he observed an unknown male wearing a red hoodie rummaging around inside his vehicle and a red Ford F-150 parked next to his driveway. The unknown suspect fled on foot and the F-150 sped away as Officers responded. Officer Clisham located the suspect vehicle at the 4500 block of Wedgewood Dr. Two suspects and multiple items of stolen property were found inside the vehicle. After further investigation, Officer Proctor placed the two suspects into custody at approximately 0454 hours for burglary of a motor vehicle and transported them to Bellaire Jail for booking.

3/11/2018 – 45xx MAYFAIR – On March 11, 2018 at 0758 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to the 4500 block of Mayfair in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Upon arrival, Officer Santillanes met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke into her vehicle and between March 10, 2018 at approximately 1830 hours and March 11, 2018 at approximately 0730 hours. The victim stated the unknown suspect stole cash and a coin purse from the vehicle. Officer Santillanes completed a burglary of motor vehicle report.

3/11/2018 – 11xx MULBERRY LANE – On 03/11/2018 at 1516 hours, Officer Delgado was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Delgado made contact with the victim who stated an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s unsecured vehicle and stole his property

3/11/2018 – 45xx SUNBURST STREET On 03/11/2018 at 1856 hours, Officer Delgado was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Delgado made contact with the victim who stated an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s vehicle and stole her property

3/21/2018 – 6565 WEST LOOP SOUTH On 03/21/2018 at 1507 Bellaire, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to 6565 West Loop South in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Further investigation found the vehicle was broken into at approximately 1450 hours on 03/32/2018 by an unknown suspect described as a light skinned, black male, wearing jeans, approximately 5’8” with a thin build, and in his early twenties. The suspect left the scene in a dark blue Kia hatchback north bound on the east service road. The driver door handle of the victim’s vehicle was damaged, and the center console organizer was stolen.

3/21/2018 – 6565 WEST LOOP SOUTH CITY OF BELLAIRE Police Department (713) 668-0487 5110 Jessamine Bellaire, Texas 77401-4495 Byron Holloway Chief of Police Michael Leal Assistant Chief of Police Lt. Jeff Cotton Patrol Division Lt. Greg Bartlett Support Service Division On 03/21/2018 at 1528 hours, Officer Schwausch was informed of a possible burglary of a motor vehicle in the parking garage of 6565 West Loop South while investigating a separate BMV in the north parking lot. Further investigation found the vehicle was broken into between the hours of 0805 and 1528 on 03/32/2018 by an unknown suspect. The windshield and rear driver door window of the victim’s vehicle was damaged. A Valentine One radar detector valued at $500, a set of brown Bolle sunglasses valued at $150, and the rear view mirror valued at $300 were taken from the vehicle. Damage to the vehicle is estimated at $1,200.

4/03/2018 – 4530 HOLLY ST – On 04-03-2018 at 1400 hours, Officer H. Lopez was dispatched to Horn Elementary school in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim had parked her vehicle on Holly Street in front of the school and an unknown person broke out the front passenger window and stole her bag.

4/04/2018 – 8300 SOUTH RICE AVENUE – On 04/04/2018 at 2018 hours, Officers T. Younger and D. Norman made contact with the reportee who advised an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into her son’s vehicle.

4/05/2018 – 4620 BELLAIRE BLVD – On April 5, 2018 at 1245 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to the Gardens at Bellaire in reference to an in progress Burglary of a Motor Vehicle (BMV) call. Upon arrival Officer Santillanes met with the reportee who stated he heard a loud noise and then observed a black male suspect standing in between vehicles in the business parking lot, trying car door handles. The reportee provided a clothing description for the male suspect and stated the male was last seen fleeing the scene on foot. Officers searched the immediate area and the suspect was located. After further investigation it was revealed the suspect was wearing clothes and carrying a bag belonging to a victim of a burglary motor vehicle which occurred at the above location. The suspect was also found to have gloves, several tools and a long metal rod/pick in his possession at the time of his arrest. The suspect was arrested for burglary of motor vehicle and unlawful use of criminal instrument.

4/06/2018 – 51xx PATRICK HENRY – On this date at about 1429 hours, reporting officer, Sgt D Kerr, was dispatched to the 5100 block of Patrick Henry in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Sgt Kerr was also advised there may have been a vehicle burglary at the above location as well. Upon arrival Sgt Kerr met with the reportee of the suspicious vehicle and the vehicle burglary. A black male suspect had taken lawn equipment out of a trailer and SUV parked in front of 51xx Patrick Henry.

4/24/2018 – 5861 BISSONNET STREET – On 04-24-2018 at 1705 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 5861 Bissonnet Street in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

4/30/2018 – 54xx ALDER CT On April 30, 2018 at about 1210 hrs, Officer C. Barber, a duly sworn peace officer for the City of Bellaire, responded to the Bellaire City Hall to meet the reportee regarding the burglary of a motor vehicle at the above address. The burglary was to a gray Lexus SUV parked in the victim’s driveway. The vehicle was unsecured at the time of the theft.

5/07/18 – 46xx Maple Street – On May 7, 2018 at about 1118 hours (hrs), Officer C. Barber, a duly sworn peace officer for the City of Bellaire, responded to the above address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. The suspect stole a handgun from an unsecured pickup truck.

5/08/18 – 1xx PAMELLIA DRIVE – On 05/08/2018 at 0706 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Upon arrival he spoke to the victim who advised an unknown person(s) broke out the rear window and removed items from his vehicle without his permission.

5/08/18 – 50xx HOLLY ST – On 05/08/2018 at approximately 0955 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the Bellaire Police Department Lobby to meet with a reportee in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle. Officer Andrade met with the reportee who stated sometime between 05/04/2018 at approximately 1515 hours and 05/06/2018, an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle parked in the 5000 block of Holly Street, and stole a black backpack.

5/09/18 – 5909 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On May 8, 2018 at 1300 hours, Officer Carson was dispatched to the above location in regards to a criminal mischief. The unknown suspect used an unknown tool to break the back left passenger window. The suspect entered the vehicle but no items were taken.

5/11/18 – 49xx MAPLE STREET – On May 11, 2018 at about 1021 hours (hrs), Officer C. Barber a duly sworn peace officer for the City of Bellaire, responded to the above address regarding a burglary of the motor vehicle. The suspect broke out the driver side back window and stole a bag with various contents.

5/11/18 – 5308 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 05/11/2018 at 1150 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above address to meet with the reportee in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The reportee stated an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle, pried the glove box open and stole two envelopes with money.

5/13/18 – 8xx N THIRD STREET – On 05/13/2018 at approximately 0506 hours, Officer Schwausch was on patrol in the 800 block of N. Third Street when he observed a white bicycle lying in the street. Officer Schwausch stopped and observed a white Honda van parked at 8xx N Third Street with the rear driver side sliding door open. Officer Schwausch then observed a black male rummaging through the vehicle. When Officer Schwausch attempted to make contact with the male, he fled on foot. The suspect was found by Corporal Porter and Officer Ortega. The suspect continued to flee on foot from Officers and was subsequently tased and placed into custody by Officer Ortega. A handgun was found on the suspect’s person after being arrested. The suspect was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle with 2 priors, evading on foot, and felon in possession of a weapon. The suspect was linked to other burglaries and a theft that occurred on 05/13/2018 and subsequently charged with theft of a firearm.

5/13/18 – 8xx HOLTON STREET – On May 13, 2018 at 0820 hours, Officer Carson was dispatched to above location in regards to burglary of motor vehicle. The victim advised backpack, perfume, shipping bag and other miscellaneous items were taken from inside the vehicle. The suspect in this case was caught earlier on this date.

5/13/18 – 49xx ELM STREET – On May 13, 2018 at about 0500 hours (hrs), Officer Schwausch, a duly sworn peace officer for the City of Bellaire apprehended a suspect for burglary of motor vehicles, evading and felon in possesion of a firearm. One of the vehicles had a Sig Sauer .380 handgun taken from the truck’s cab. On May 13, 2018 at about 0930 hrs, Officer C. Barber, also a duly sworn peace officer for the City of Bellaire, responded to the above address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle where the suspect stole a Sig Sauer .380 handgun. When a comparison was made, the serial number of the stolen gun matched the gun found on the suspect.

5/13/18 – 8xx HOLTEN STREET – On May 13, 2018 at 0900 hours, Officer Carson was dispatched to above location in regards to burglary of motor vehicle. The victim advised his Apple Nano and Shuffle were taken from inside the vehicle. The suspect in this case was arrested earlier on this date.

5/14/18 – 48xx SPRUCE STREET – On May 14, 2018 at about 0714 hours (hrs), Officer C. Barber, a duly sworn peace officer for the City of Bellaire, responded to the above address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. The suspect entered the victims’ unlocked vehicle and stole a handgun.

5/16/18 – 49xx WEDGEWOOD – On 05-16-2018 at 1045 hours, Officer H. Lopez was dispatched to 9xx N. Third Street in reference to found property by the homeowner. While investigating on who the property belonged to, Ofc. Lopez was approached by another individual who stated his vehicle was just broken into. It was determined that the property found by the reportee belonged to the victim who reported his vehicle was burglarized.

5/16/18 – 1xx PAMELLIA – On 05-16-2018 between the hours of 1000 and 1015, the victim’s unlocked vehicle was burglarized and a brown briefcase which contained a laptop was stolen. The briefcase was later found near 9xx N. Third Street.

5/17/18 – 5130 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 05-17-2018 at 1435 hours, Officer H. Lopez was dispatched to a burglary of a vehicle. The victim had just withdrawn money from the Chase bank and placed the money envelope inside his vehicle prior to going shopping at Randall’s Grocery store. Upon finishing his shopping the victim noticed his vehicle was broken into and the money envelope was stolen.

6/2/18 – 6400 N FIRST STREET – On June 2, 2018 at 0755 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Upon arrival Officer Santillanes met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole his leather cd case containing approximately 50 music CDs. Officer Santillanes completed a burglary of motor vehicle report.

6/4/18 – 46xx WILLOW On June 4, 2018 at about 0831 hours (hrs), Officer Barber, with the Bellaire Police Department, responded to the above address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. The suspect broke out a back window of a pickup truck and removed items from within the vehicle.

6/4/18 – 48xx PALM STREET – On June 4, 2018 at 0924 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Officer Santillanes met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole a handgun. Officer Santillanes completed a burglary of motor vehicle report.

6/11/18 – 51xx SPRUCE ST – On June 11, 2018 at about 1123 hours (hrs), Officer Barber with the Bellaire Police Department responded to the above address regarding suspicious activity the owner of the property captured with surveillance video. Upon arrival and viewing the video it was determined the call involves burglary of motor vehicles and criminal mischief. Corporal (Cpl) Clawson assisted with this investigation.

6/13/2018 – 5317 BISSONNET STREET – On June 12, 2018 between 1900 hours and 2000 hours, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle at the above location and stole a revolver, laptop, and tablet which had been left on the front passenger seat. It is unknown how the suspect entered the vehicle and there were no signs of forced entry. The victim went to the Bellaire Police Department on June 13, 2018 at approximately 1547 hours to report the incident to Officer Lysack.

7/12/2018 – 5420 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On 07/012/2018 at 1431 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above address in reference to an unauthorized use of a vehicle. The victim stated his vehicle was moved from the original place where he parked. The vehicle console was tampered with.

7/24/2018 – 6700 SECOND STREET – On 07/24/2018 at approximately 1007 hours, Officer Trujillo conducted a traffic stop in reference to an attempted burglary of a motor vehicle. After further investigation it was determined the suspect in the traffic stop had just committed a burglary of a motor vehicle just a few blocks away from the second attempt. Suspect was arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle.

7/24/2018 – 7008 FIFTH STREET – On 07/24/2018 at 1557 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to 7008 Fifth Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left his vehicle locked and secured and went to a meeting. The victim found his vehicle with the driver side front window broken. The unknown suspect took a checkbook belonging to the victim.

7/24/2018 – 5801 BISSONNET STREET – On 07/24/2018 at 1650 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to 5801 Bissonnet in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left his vehicle locked and secured and went into a store. The victim found his vehicle with the driver side front window broken. The unknown suspect took a Bank of America envelope with the victim’s driver’s license in it.

7/29/2018 – 49xx CEDAR STREET – On July 29, 2018 at 1100 hours, Officer Carson was dispatched to the above location in regards to the victim reporting a burglary of motor vehicle. The suspect(s) entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle stealing her laptop.

7/29/2018 – 8xx JAQUET DRIVE – On July 29, 2018 at 0733 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call at 8xx Jaquet Dr. While speaking with the victim, Officer Santillanes was advised and observed the neighbor at 8xx Jaquet had their vehicle broken into also. At that time the homeowner was exiting his home to inspect his vehicle. It was determined an unknown suspect broke the rear window of the victim’s vehicle with an unknown object and stole a black tool kit.

7/31/2018 – 55xx LITTLE LAKE – On 07/31/18 at 0330 hours, the victim’s unlocked vehicle was burglarized and a black bag was stolen.

8/11/2018 – 49xx HOLLY STREET – On 08/11/2018 at 1549 hours, Officer Younger made contact with the victim who advised an unknown suspect forced entry through the front passenger window of her vehicle that was parked in her driveway and stole her purse.

8/13/2018 – 46xx LOCUST STREET – On 08-13-2018 at at 1001 hours, Officer D.Rocha (badge #324) was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival at 1014 hours, Ofc Rocha made contact with the complainant / victim. Victim stated between the time her vehicle was parked at 1830 hours on 08-11-2018 and 08-12-2018 at approximately 1400 hours, unknown suspect(s) made entry into her vehicle.

8/13/2018 –  47xx BELLVIEW DRIVE – On 08/13/18 between 1300 and 1320 hours, the victim’s unlocked vehicle was burglarized.

8/16/2018 – 64xx AVENUE B –  On 08/16/2018 at 2004 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to Feld Park in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The victim returned to his vehicle and found the front driver side window broken. The unknown suspect took various items belonging to the victim. Officer Guerra assisted with the case.

8/28/2018 – 4400 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On August 28, 2018 at 1904 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Lysack arrived on scene and met with the victim who stated her bag been stolen.

8/29/2018 – 52xx BEECH STREET – On 08-30-2018 at at 0800 hours, Officer D.Rocha (badge #324) was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Rocha arrived at 0804 and met with the reportee. He stated between 08-29-2018 and the morning of 08-30-2018 at approximately 0755 hours, an unknown suspect(s) made entry into his vehicle by breaking the window and stole his child’s tablet.

8/30/2018 – 5214 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 08/30/2018 at 0737 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to 5214 Bellaire Boulevard in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect forced entry into her vehicle and stole her purse.

9/1/2018 – 5130 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 09/01/2018 at 1255 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Andrade met with the reportee who stated an unknown suspect forced entry into his vehicle and stole blank bank deposit slips and envelopes.

9/7/2018 – 54xx MAPLE STREET – On 09/07/18 at 1632 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to 54xx Maple Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that occurred that morning at 0233 hours. The vehicle was parked and left unsecured in the street.

9/12/2018 – 4951 TERMINAL STREET – On 09/12/2018 at 1425 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated on 09/12/2018 between 1000 hours and 1400 hours, an unknown suspect forced entry into his parked vehicle.

9/20/2018 – 6500 WEST LOOP SOUTH – On September 20th 2018 I, Corporal D. Clawson responded to the area noted above regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle in the parking lot of the AT&T loading dock area. During the investigation it was determined between 1530 hours on 09/19/18 and 0800 hours on this date; an unknown suspect(s) broke out the passenger side window and stole items from the vehicle.

9/19/2018 – 5002 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On 09/09/2018 at 1342 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Andrade arrived and met with the victim who stated he parked and secured his vehicle in the Walgreens parking lot and entered the store for approximately five minutes when an unknown subject forced entry into his vehicle and stole cash. The victim stated 10 minutes prior to the burglary he withdrew cash from Bank of America, 5133 Bellaire Blvd. and believed he was followed by the suspect.

9/28/2018 – 4400 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On 09/28/2018 at 1913 hours, Officer Guerra was dispatched to the above location. On 09/28/2018 between 1840 hours and 1900 hours an unknown suspect broke the front passenger side window with an unknown object. The unknown suspect reached in through the broken window and stole multiple items.

10/2/2018 – 210 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On October 2, 2018 at 1311 hours, Officer Lysack was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Officer Lysack met with the victim who stated he had just withdrawn cash from the Bank of America nearby, and believes he was followed. The unknown suspect broke the front passenger window with an unknown object, climbed through the window, and stole the envelope containing the cash which had been left on top of the center console. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.

10/11/2018 – 63xx MEREDITH DRIVE – On 10/11/18 at 1111 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above address in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Vorhees met with reportee who stated the rear driver side window was broken out overnight and a guitar stolen.

10/19/2018 – 4541 BISSONNET STREET – On 10/19/2018 at 1625 hours, Officer Guerra was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. The driver of the vehicle left Bank of America on Bellaire Blvd and drove the above address. While parking the car, a black male approached and broke the window, stole cash that had been withdrawn from the bank, and fled the area in a grey sedan

10/19/2018 – 60xx AVE B STREET – On 10/19/2018, Officer Marcotte was flagged down by two victims of a burglary of a motor vehicle that occurred at the above location. Officer Marcotte took the report and learned a firearm had also been taken in the burglary. The case is pending further investigation.

10/21/2018 – 6811 CHIMNEY ROCK ROAD – On October 21, 2018 at approximately 0909 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Upon arrival Officer Santillanes met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole two Apple Iphones and the victim’s car insurance card. Officer Santillanes completed a burglary of motor vehicle report.

10/25/2018 – 9xx JOLEN CT. On 10/25/2018 at 1424 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above address in reference to a BMV. Officer Vorhees met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and removed an Echo leaf blower out of the truck bed of his vehicle.

10/29/2018 – 5206 LOCUST STREET – On October 29, 2018 at 0744 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Officer Santillanes met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole his work laptop.

10/31/2018 – 1301 N FIRST ST SUITE 100 – On 10/31/2018 at 0947 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to a call in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle at the above location. Officer Vorhees made contact with the victim who stated two of their unlocked business vehicles were entered and construction tools stolen on 10/30/2018 around 1400 hours.

11/5/2018 – 5130 BELLAIRE BLVD – On 11/05/2018 at 1632 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to the Bellaire Police Department lobby in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that occurred one week prior. The owner of the vehicle parked his Lexus at Randalls and went shopping. The victim returned to his vehicle and found the suitcase in his trunk missing.

11/13/2018 – 6501 S RICE AVENUE – On 11/13/2018 at 0752 hours, Officer Trujillo was dispatched to the above location in reference to a theft call. Upon arrival he spoke to the victim who advised while dropping off their child off, an unknown person broke out the passenger side window and took the victim’s purse.

11/14/2018 – 53xx PINE STREET – On 11/14/2018 at 1527 hours, Officer Guerra was dispatched to the above location in referenced to a theft in progress. On 11/14/2018 at approximately 1525 hours an unknown suspect opened the front driver side door. The unknown suspect entered the vehicle, opened the center console, and stole multiple items.

11/15/2018 – 45xx TEAS STREET – On November 15, 2018 at 1415 hours, Officer M. Santillanes was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Officer Santillanes met with the victim who stated an unknown suspect broke into her company vehicle and stole her bag. Officer Santillanes completed a burglary of motor vehicle report.

11/15/2018 – 49xx BEECH ST – On 11/15/2018 at 1416 hours, Officer Vorhees was dispatched to the above location to meet with the reportee in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The reportee stated an unknown suspect(s) broke the rear driver side window and stole a radar detector from the center console.

11/16/2018 – 44xx DARSEY STREET – On November 16, 2018 at about 0707 hours, Officer Barber was dispatched to the above address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. The unknown suspect broke out the driver door window and entered the vehicle.

11/21/2018 – 52xx CHESTNUT STREET – On 11/21/2018 at 1848 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to 52xx Chestnut Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left her vehicle locked and secured and went inside her residence. The victim found her vehicle with the driver side rear window broken. The unknown suspect took a purse.

11/23/2018 – 54xx EVERGREEN STREET – On 11/23/2018 at 2103 hours, Officer Schwausch was dispatched to 54xx Evergreen in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that just occurred. The victim parked her SUV in her driveway and an unknown suspect walked up, broke the front passenger window, and grabbed her purse. The unknown suspect fled the scene in a black four door sedan.

11/24/2018 – 52xx MAPLE ST – On November 24, 2018 at about 1112 hours, Officer C. Barber, a sworn peace officer with the City of Bellaire, was dispatched to the above address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. The suspect entered via an unsecured door and removed several items.

11/27/2018 – 51xx MIMOSA STREET – Sometime between November 23, 2018 at approximately 1030 hours and November 24, 2018 at approximately 0630 hours, an unknown suspect or suspects made entry to an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of the address listed above and removed a laptop computer and approximately $2.00 in loose change.

12/11/2018 – xx AZALEA TRAIL LANE – On 12/11/2018 at 1802 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to Azalea Trail Lane in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left her vehicle while picking up her child. While the owner was inside the residence, an unknown suspect opened her passenger door and took her purse.

12/11/2018 – 47xx WILLOW STREET – On 12/11/2018 at 1844 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to 47xx Willow Street in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left her vehicle in the 4700 block of Willow Street. An unknown suspect broke the front and rear driver side window. Nothing was missing from the vehicle.

12/14/2018 – 4600 BELLAIRE BOULEVARD – On 12/14/2018 at 2119 hours, Officer Younger made contact with the victim who advised an unknown suspect forced entry into his vehicle and stole a backpack with a laptop in it.

12/15/2018 – 46xx BRAEBURN DRIVE – On 12/15/2018 at 1349 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated he withdrew cash from the Bank of America and drove home. The victim stated approximately four minutes after he parked his vehicle and entered his home an unknown suspect broke the victim’s vehicle window and stole cash from the center console.

12/19/2018 – 12xx HOWARD LANE – On 12/19/2018 at 0927 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated between 12/18/2018 at approximately 2100 hours and 12/19/2018 at approximately 0630 hours, unknown suspect forced entry into her vehicle and stole a cardboard box from inside the vehicle.

12/19/2018 – 43xx DARSEY ST. – On 12/19/2018 at 0753 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated between 12/18/2018 at approximately 2200 hours and 12/19/2018 at approximately 0730 hours, unknown suspect forced entry into her vehicle and stole items from inside the vehicle.

12/19/2018 – 45xx VALERIE STREET – On 12/19/2018 at 0927 hours, Officer Andrade was dispatched to the Bellaire Police Department lobby in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Officer Andrade met with the victim who stated between 12/18/2018 at approximately 2200 hours and 12/19/2018 at approximately 0730 hours, unknown suspect forced entry into her vehicle and stole items from inside the vehicle.

12/22/2018 – 4500 EVERGREEN STREET – Parking Lot in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left her vehicle locked and secured. The victim returned to her vehicle and found the rear passenger side window broken. The unknown suspect took a purse belonging to the victim.

12/25/2018 – 5100 TERMINAL ST – On 12/25/2018 at 2328 hours, Officer Barrientos responded to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Ofc. Barrientos met with the reportee who advised he observed the south gate of the business was broken. Ofc. Barrientos discovered a company truck was taken, multiple vehicles were broken into and the gate was destroyed during this incident.
