The City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Bellaire, Texas, will meet in Joint Special Session (Workshop) on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
