Adoption of Ordinances and Resolutions:
- Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, granting a Planned Development Permit PD-___-NBSDD to SLS West Loop, LP, for the construction of a planned development on an approximately 3.3-acre site located on the southeastern portion of 5901 South Rice Avenue, within the North Bellaire Special Development District – Submitted by Michael Leech, Interim Director of Development Services and Public Works.
- Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, granting a Planned Development Permit PD-___-NBSDD to SLS West Loop, LP, for the construction of a planned development on an approximately 9.6-acre site located on the western portion of 5901 South Rice Avenue, within the North Bellaire Special Development District – Submitted by Michael Leech, Director of Public Works and Development Services.
- Consideration of and possible action on the adoption of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, granting a Planned Development Permit PD-___-NBSDD to SLS West Loop, LP, for the construction of a planned development on an approximately 5.0-acre site located on the eastern portion of 4800 Fournace Place, within the North Bellaire Special Development District – Submitted by Michael Leech, Director of Public Works and Development Services.
