The Bellaire City Council will meet in Regular Session on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber and the BLIFE Activity Room (Board and Commission interviews), First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.

Council will address the City Dog Pound at this meeting:
Consideration of and possible action to approve a proposal for two dog pound facilities, a primary facility and a temporary hold/transfer facility, and on the adoption of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all documentation associated with repairs to the existing Edith Street dog pound site and the installation of required supplemental fixtures to the proposed W. Bellfort Avenue dog pound site, in a combined amount not to exceed $150,000.00 – Submitted by Onesimo Lopez, Chief of Police.
