The Bellaire City Council will conduct a public hearing on an application by the Houston Methodist Hospital for a planned development consisting of one three-story medical office building, three one-story retail buildings and a two-story parking garage with subsurface parking at the former Randall’s property, 5130 Bellaire Blvd.
