From the Bellaire Police Department:

On 06/09/2023 around 8:20 AM, an alert resident observed a burglary of a motor vehicle in progress. The resident called the Bellaire Police who located both suspects in the 4700 block of Evergreen. Charges are pending at this time, and we are trying to locate the owner of a handgun one suspect had in their possession.
