From BPD...
5130 Bellaire Blvd. – On 03/16/2018 at 1414 hours, Officer Liccketto was dispatched to the parking lot of Randall’s in reference to a theft from a person. The suspect snatched the purse of the victim while she was in the driver seat of her vehicle. The suspect then got into his vehicle, which was parked next to the victim, and was last seen headed West on Bissonnet Street. The victim was not injured.
