Beware of calls from individuals claiming to be Officer James Baylis with the Bellaire Police Department alleging you have serious legal matters and warrants are out for your arrest. Please don't fall for it! This is a scam. It is possible they will use other Bellaire Police officers' names as well.

Remember, the Bellaire Police Department is a trusted entity, and we would never solicit anything from you. Do not disclose any personal information to anyone you do not know.
