Consideration of and possible action on a request to repeal or modify Ordinance No. 16-030, requiring that all new construction include the installation of sidewalks along each side of a property abutting a public street as set forth in Chapter 9, Buildings, Article II, Building Codes, Division 1, Generally, Sec. 9- 22, Sidewalks required for new construction – Requested by Pat B.
