A public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, on proposed amendments recommended by the Bellaire Planning and Zoning Commission to Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas, including the replacement of the Technical Research Park District (TRPD) with a new zoning district to be titled the North Bellaire Special Development District.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in-person and telephonically. For those wishing to participate in person, the location of the Regular Session is the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411. Telephonic participation instructions are on the agenda.
