Notice of a public hearing on an application filed by Thomas DeFroy of Identity Architects, on behalf of Bissonnet Street Ventures, LLC, owner of the 1.99 acre property located on the southwest corner of L610 and Bissonnet Street, at the 6400 block of West Loop South, on a request for a variance to allow for the lot coverage for the 1.99 acre property to be calculated separately from the rest of the Planned Development-9 and Planned Development-10 lot coverage, with a maximum lot coverage for the 1.99 acre property of 60%. Such a variance would exceed the maximum coverage for the entire Planned Development allowed by Section 24-541 of the City of Bellaire Code of Ordinances. The property is located within PD-9 and PD-10.

Purpose: One (1) Public Hearing shall be conducted by the Board of Adjustment of Bellaire, Texas at which all persons interested in the application shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
