The Bellaire City Council will meet in Regular Session on Monday, November 15, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411. The Regular Session will begin with the Official Canvass of Bellaire’s General Election held on November 2, 2021, followed by a Regular Meeting.
