The City of Bellaire Environmental Sustainability Board is hosting its 4th quarter 2021 ESB Learning Academy education session virtually on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, on Energy Transition in Texas and Globally. The session will be presented by Dr. Dan Cohen with Rice University Civil and Environmental Engineering Department and moderated by ESB Chair Rajiv Pandya.
