The Bellaire City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 18, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411, on a petition submitted by Justin A. Keiter and Amy E. Keiter, Trustees of the ARZO Family Trust, for the abandonment and subsequent sale of a portion of a utility easement abutting 504 Wilmington Drive, Bellaire, Texas.
