PATRONS has been busy fundraising for Bellaire Parks! PATRONS for Bellaire Parks is excited to announce their newest donations to the community throughout Summer 2025! Kicking things off, on July 7th, PATRONS donated over $100,000 to the City of Bellaire for use on two fantastic projects!
PATRONS’ vision is to create a community where Bellaire parks and green spaces are accessible to everyone, and to enhance the quality of life for all residents of Bellaire. Through the participation of Bellaire park patrons and many community fundraising events, PATRONS has taken two new steps to make this a reality! This includes $55,935 for improvements at LaFayette Park! Our donation will be used to purchase a new playground structure to enhance this charming Bellaire Park located on the corner of Baldwin and LaFayette Street. The City of Bellaire expects to have the park updates completed by mid-October of 2025, and to hold a community celebration to rededicate the park!
PATRONS also donated $50,000 to the ‘We Are Evergreen Committee’ through the City of Bellaire to fund a Conceptual Design Plan for the redevelopment of Evergreen Park! The
We Are Evergreen Committee, established last year, has been working hard by soliciting community input and donations for a large project to redevelop Evergreen Park. PATRONS is proud to support this effort by funding a design plan for the park. This plan will reflect
community input and be used to further enhance community support by presenting the shared vision for the park as well as solicit donations from major donors.
