The Bellaire City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive comments from any and all persons desiring to be heard on a recommendation from the Bellaire Planning and Zoning Commission to amend Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Sections 24-202, Definitions, and 24-536, Corridor mixed use district (CMU), of the City Code, on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
