Notice of a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning Regulations, Article V, Zoning Regulations, Division 2, Zoning District Regulations, Section 24-531, R-1 Residential District, Section 24-532, R-3 Residential District, Section 24-533, R-4 Residential District, Section 24-534, R-5 Residential District, Section 24-537a, R-M.2-O Residential-Office Mixed-Use District, and Section 24-541, Loop 610 District, of the City of Bellaire’s Code of Ordinances, regarding the calculation of maximum building height of residential structures.

Purpose: One(1)PublicHearingshallbeconductedbythePlanningandZoningCommissionofBellaire,Texas at which all persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard.

When: Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting 6:00 PM, Thursday, November 12, 2020

Location: The public hearing will be conducted telephonically due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The public may participate in the telephonic meeting and participation information will be provided on the Planning and Zoning Commission agenda, which will be published on the City’s website, www.bellairetx.gov, at least 72 hours prior to the public hearing time.
