A public hearing will be conducted before the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, on amendments proposed by the Bellaire Planning and Zoning Commission to residential zoning district regulations (maximum building heights of residential structures). The public hearing will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.
It is anticipated that the public hearing will be held telephonically due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The public may participate in the telephonic meeting and participation information will be published on the City’s website, www.bellairetx.gov, at least 72 hours prior to the public hearing time.
