From the Bellaire Police Department:

While conducting a proactive surveillance operation on a known jugging vehicle Bellaire Police Department CID observed suspects committing another burglary. BPD Investigators and patrol units conducted a high-risk stop on the vehicle and detained all occupants of the vehicle. Charges are currently pending.
