The Bellaire City Council will meet in Special Session on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to conduct two Workshop Sessions. The first Workshop will focus on the Evergreen Park Conceptual Plan, and the second Workshop Session will focus on the Cost Allocation and User Fee Studies.
The Special Session will be held in the BLIFE Activity Room, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
