Our one of a kind class is designed to release tension and myofascial, to help reduce soreness and muscle fatigue, improve performance and core strength, reduce cellulite and increase blood flow to your muscles. We offer a combination of light movement and deep stretching that will have feeling long, loose, and ready to take on whatever the day brings!
Join us for 45 minutes of intense Pilates exercises, all derived from Joseph Pilates himself. Please bring with you a medium size towel, water bottle, yoga mat, and foam roller if you have one!
