P3 Crossfit


This is a Strength and Conditioning camp that uses a combination of intensive strength training instruction and training coupled with CrossFit-esque conditioning.

Our training focuses on Squatting, Deadlifting, Pressing and Cleans. We also incorporate gymnastic style movements, Pull-ups, Push-ups and the like to create a well rounded strong, powerful and explosive athlete.
