Inferno Hot Pilates is a HIIT workout where we perform short bursts of activity followed by rest. It is a fully body, low impact (good to your joints) workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. The physical benefits: builds long, lean muscle mass without bulk, burns fat, boosts metabolism and improves the immune system, builds a strong core, improves circulation and increases fitness levels. The class is little to no impact so it’s safe for all ages/levels; plus it’s a super fun class enjoyed by loud music in only 1 hour. The results are quick and overall you get a renewed sense of energy and you just feel good! Participants only need a yoga mat and water, hand towel optional.
