Notice is given that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, on Monday, November 5, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411, involving two applications filed by SLS Properties, LLC, for specific use permits for the following: (1) to allow multi-tenant office use in the existing office buildings previously occupied by Chevron U.S.A., Inc.; and (2) to all for the construction of a parking garage adjacent to the existing office buildings previously occupied by Chevron U.S.A., Inc. The street address of the property that is the subject of the referenced applications is 4800 Fournace Place, Bellaire, Texas 77401.
