The Bellaire City Council will hold two public hearings on the proposed property tax rate for the City of Bellaire for tax year 2019. The first hearing will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
The second hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
