The City of Bellaire has reported that he intersection at S. Rice and Fournace is closed due to a major accident. Please avoid this area for a couple of hours until the accident clears. Traffic will be delayed in this area. 

Traffic lights are out at Bissonnet and Avenue B. The City is working to fix the issue. 1/21 at 2:30pm.
