I read your position in the Bellaire paper. I have a question. I really like that you want to reduce debt, but it does matter how. I’m hoping you can elaborate. This city needs desperately to do so. What is your view on how to do that? Are you for or against raising property tax? Are you for cutting budgets or raising them through things like bonds, annuities, etc? Are you thinking tax through further business development or keep Bellaire home oriented?
