The Bellaire 4th of July Parade was cancelled due to weather but prizes were still awarded.

The City of Bellaire and parade participants did their best to at least have a parade this morning but the weather would not cooperate. Although participants and spectators showed up, the parade was cancelled due to lightning, which was followed by heavy rain. However, that did not stop the City from awarding prizes for the best floats.
