FOUND 8-3-23: FEMALE B/W PUPPY @ City of Bellaire, Texas POUND! This 4 month old puppy was found by a resident last night on Wilmington Drive inside the Loop in Bellaire, TX. She has no tags, collar or chip and is now in the Bellaire Pound.
