City of Bellaire City Services will be closed December 14 from 12 – 2 pm.

The City of Bellaire has announced that City services will be closed on Thursday, December 14 from 12 – 2 pm for the Annual Employee Recognition Luncheon.

Public safety will remain open.  Please call 911 for emergencies.
