The City of Bellaire Environmental Sustainability Board is hosting its 3rd quarter 2021 ESB Learning Academy education session virtually on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, on Managing Your Composting and Green Waste. The session will be presented by Master Gardener Carlos Domenech and moderated by ESB member Dr. Jared Funston. The overall session is 1 hour, with time for questions at the end.
