The Bellaire City Council will meet in Special Session on Monday, August 10, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2021 (beginning October 1, 2020, and ending September 30, 2021), followed by a budget workshop (#1).
