From the City of Bellaire:
The City of Bellaire is excited to announce the Celebration of Independence Parade and Festival on Friday, July 4, 2025. The festivities will begin at 9:00 am with a parade down South Rice Ave. and lead into the festival at Bellaire Town Square (7008 South Rice, Bellaire) until noon.
The Children’s Bike Parade will kick off the event at 9:00 am and lead the Big Parade down South Rice Ave. Children can decorate their bikes or trikes and walk/ride in the parade to celebrate. There is no application or charge for the Children’s Bike Parade. If you want to participate in the Children’s Bike Parade, please meet at South Rice Ave. and Evergreen.
The Big Parade will start on South Rice Ave. at Valerie and proceed down South Rice Ave. to Linden. We encourage residents to line up along South Rice and enjoy the parade as it passes! The festival will follow at 9:45 am in Bellaire Town Square (7008 South Rice, Bellaire). The festival will include live music, food, and entertainment, including a petting zoo, inflatables, a foam pit, a free cake, a stilt walker, and more!
