Notice is given that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, involving an application filed by the Houston Independent School District (HISD) for an amendment to Specific Use Permit S-89 to allow the former Gordon Elementary School site to continue to be used as an elementary school for Kolter Elementary School until construction is completed on a new Kolter Elementary School campus and students are able to occupy the new school.
