Trader Joe’s is expected to open in Bellaire mid 2027.

According to a representative from Kimco Realty, the Bellaire Trader Joe’s is expected to open mid 2027. The realty company has applied for a Specific Use Permit to allow a drive thru window at one of the spaces which will house a Chipotle restaurant.

Trader Joe’s will occupy 12,500 sq. ft. of the main building, with four additional retail spaces attached. A separate building, where Subway used to be, will contain the Chipotle and a Piada Italian Street Food restaurant.
